Loneliness the feeling.
What this lonely word actually means? It is a feeling. By this feeling person always suffers. When a person even suffers from this feeling, then he went to the stage of depression.
In some cases, this feeling kills a person or makes the person more unstable to end his life. Now there are many facts related to loneliness. Some people used it to survive, but the majority of people get disturbed by that term.
In your life, if you think that you are lonely, then you don't need to make any decision that makes your life end. in your life, try to make at least 1 friend to which you can share anything, or you can discuss things which are related in your life. Nowadays, I will highly recommend you to be active on social media. Because if you use social media then there, you will make lots of friends. On social media, you will find a variety of friends from which you will learn some new things.
Also, there are many more things are there which a person can do in loneliness. If you are in depression or in other tension, so try to ignore it. I know that it is more difficult to ignore the pressure, but it is not impossible. As we all know that tension is the thing that makes a person blank from inside. It destroys the whole happiness of humans life. If you felt that you are lonely, then try to watch some funny videos and try to chat with a friend, a new friend of Facebook or other social media.
As I passed from the stage of loneliness; hence, I can suggest to you that how you can defend yourself from loneliness. The loneliness is the feeling that takes a person in depression after a certain period, and if we didn't recover from this, we would become unstable. So I highly recommend you that keep yourself busy at work so that you will not feel lonely. There will be a probability that you will get an impressive job, which makes you free from depression.
